Terms of Service · Effective September 23, 2026
By using EmailPut, you agree to these terms. They define the practical limits of acceptable use, mailbox lifecycles, content responsibility, and service availability.
You must be able to agree to these terms and comply with the laws that apply where you live.
Temporary addresses expire and may be rejected or restricted by the sites you use them with.
EmailPut does not endorse, guarantee, or control statements in third-party emails.
We continually improve reliability, but cannot promise that every email will arrive immediately.
| Feature | Service boundary | Your responsibility |
|---|---|---|
| Disposable email | Receive mail and renew the address while the countdown is active | Save anything you need to keep long term |
| Long-term forwarding | Forward mail through available routes and retain limited records | Keep your login email and authenticator secure |
| Email content | Make a reasonable effort to display third-party content safely | Do not click suspicious links or submit sensitive information |
| Support | Help identify service issues | Provide necessary details, but never send verification codes |
Accessing or using EmailPut means you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Users who have not reached the age of consent for digital services where they live should have a parent or guardian decide whether they may use the service. If you disagree with any term, stop using the service and delete the aliases you control.
EmailPut provides countdown-based temporary inboxes, renewable addresses, and long-term forwarding protected by verification-code login. Specific durations, quotas, and features may change with security risks, resources, and product updates.
A disposable mailbox is not a permanent account or an archive for critical communications. Long-term forwarding can improve continuity, but it should not be your only channel for banking, government, or emergency messages.
You should protect your temporary-mail token, login email, verification codes, and phone authenticator keys. Anyone with valid credentials may be able to access the associated mailbox or dashboard, so do not share your credentials.
A temporary address may be unrecoverable after it expires, is replaced, or is deleted. We may suspend an address or related session when we detect abuse, legal risk, or a security incident.
You may use the service for lawful registration, testing, downloads, community interaction, and public-contact scenarios. You may test only systems you own or are expressly authorized to operate.
When using aliases to separate sources, make sure the destination mailbox belongs to you or that you are authorized to use it. Respect third-party websites’ rules on account limits, trial eligibility, and communication methods.
You must not use the service to send or help send spam, phishing, malicious code, fraudulent messages, or unlawful content. Do not mass-register, bypass access controls, impersonate others, or interfere with anyone’s communications.
Do not scrape the address pool, probe security boundaries, deliberately create abnormal traffic, or resell unauthorized access. We may rate-limit activity, revoke credentials, and retain necessary evidence to investigate such conduct.
Email content comes from third-party senders, and EmailPut does not control its accuracy, legality, or safety. You should independently assess links, attachments, offers, and requests for identity information.
Some websites reject disposable email, while some sending systems may delay or block messages. We cannot make third parties accept an address or guarantee recovery of accounts on their platforms.
Temporary mailboxes are cleared according to the countdown shown on the page, while forwarded archives are generally retained for 30 days. You can delete emails or aliases early, but deletion cannot be undone and will not remove copies already delivered to other mailboxes.
If you need to keep important content, export or transfer it yourself before it expires. We are not responsible for lost credentials caused by expiry, intentional deletion, or cleared browser storage.
We may maintain, modify, replace, or discontinue features, and will provide advance notice of major changes when practical. Urgent security fixes, third-party outages, or legal requirements may prevent advance notice.
We will make reasonable efforts to restore service, but do not promise uninterrupted or delay-free operation or compatibility with every sending platform. Users should prepare an alternative contact method for critical tasks.
EmailPut’s brand, interface, documentation, and original code are protected by applicable law. These terms grant you only the limited, revocable, non-transferable license needed to use the service.
You retain rights to content you are authorized to submit and grant us the limited license needed to transmit, display, and process that content securely. This license ends when the content is deleted and the technical backup cycle is complete.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that every email will arrive, every address will be accepted by third parties, or deleted content can be recovered. You assume the risk of relying on a disposable mailbox for critical recovery.
To the extent permitted by law, EmailPut is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the amount you actually paid for the relevant service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Disputes should first be resolved amicably through support@emailput.com. Where applicable law grants consumers non-waivable rights, these terms do not limit those statutory protections.
You may end the relationship by stopping use and deleting your aliases; we may also restrict service for serious violations, security risks, or legal requirements. After termination, provisions on liability, intellectual property, and disputes remain in effect.
Updates to these terms will change the date at the top of the page, and significant changes will receive prominent notice. For questions about the terms or abuse reports, contact support@emailput.com and avoid sending complete verification codes or sensitive email content.
